Yeah, I'm still here. Don't worry, I haven't died. Big aplogies for the eerie silence on Sincerely Isabella. It seems that travelling turns procrastinating levels up by about 100%.
So first of all Happy New Year...or Bonne Annee as they say here. I hope you had a wonderful festive season and a wonderful Christmas. I spent Christmas as it should be spent, in a cosy terrace in north London (shoutout to my aunt and uncle who cooked the most beautiful Christmas meal in the whole of the UK). It was cosy, beautifully festive and generally lovely. After 12 consecutive 30°C Christmases in sunny Australia, a cold Christmas was a lovely treat.
For those of you who haven't visited London before, it is something I highly recommend. I will do a full guide when I get back to Sydney but for now I'll just say London is amazing. The cosy pubs, brick houses and TOPSHOP (my god, talk about heaven on earth).
Now I'm in Paris. I have had a crazy obsession with this city since I was about 8. It's the most beautiful city in the world. I love everything about it. I can't talk about it without my heart filling with sunshine, as corny as it sounds.
So from my Parisian hotel room to your home,
Happy New Year, lets make this year a fabulous one.
Lots of love,
Isabella xo
