Today I Am...Self Consicous

Is it just me or has this week gone in slow motion. I am so over the moon that it is finally Friday and I have crazy plans to pack lots and lots and lots of things into the weekend like jam making and dream house colleaguing and reading 10 000 books (approx), this will hopefully create a surge of exciting blog posts. I'm in the process of paying for my newly designed blog button (is that exciting OR WHAT?) and working through a large stack of books and an even larger one of homework.

To start off...an outfit. Let's discuss this playsuit. OK, don't get be wrong I love this playsuit, no, let me re-phrase. I ADORE THIS PLAYSUIT. But (yes, there is a but), it's pretty short and out-there so when I wear it I feel pretty insanely conscious of it. Especially, considering the first time I wore it my dad said 'It looks great - but is it pyjamas?' Yeah, thanks Dad. Anyway, I haven't quite built up the courage to wear this thing OUT, you know ON THE STREET but....I'm getting there.

8 Things That Made My Mouth Drop Open This Week (because surprises are a nice thing) 

・The pope retired...like WHAT? 

・I was single on Valentines Day. HAHA NO, JUST KIDDING, if only this was surprising.  

・I managed to drink two litres of water per day. To me this seemed like a hard challenge but evidently..not so much.

・ A lady in New Zealand died from a heart attack who drunk 10. COKES. A. DAY. 10 COKES!!!  That's a kilo of sugar. 

・My local library stocks old Frankies... It was a very happy surprise. I was so excited. (for those who don't know Frankie is actually the most amazing magazine on the planet, possibly in the universe) 

・Lincoln (the film). I knew it would good but I didn't think it would be THAT GOOD. 

・Do I use caps too much? Probably. 

・My friend watches The Hour. Wouldn't expect it from her but I'm happy to have found another The Hour watcher.
